Sales Terms & Conditions:

Shipping

Orders are typically shipped to your door in five to seven business days, but during busy holiday periods you should allow up to two weeks for your photo gifts to arrive. For guaranteed Christmas delivery, orders must be placed by December 10th. International orders will be shipped by regular mail service. We have no control over shipping times for International orders, and can not guarantee shipment  within any specific time frames.

In orders where 'Express' (2nd day) delivery is requested, orders are not shipped on the date that the orders are placed. All photo gifts are one of a kind and require a number of days to be manufactured. Once produced, your order will be shipped as specified in your order.

Inappropriate Materials

We reserve the right to cancel the production of any item deemed inappropriate by nature of the photographic image used or verbiage contained within the personalized photo gift. In such circumstances the customer will be notified, and a credit issued.

Returning damaged or defective products:

You may return any product in your order, (for replacement only) that is:
1) Damaged or broken upon delivery
2) Defective due to manufacturer error

Products that are defective due to human design error are not returnable. This includes blurry images due to poor digital photograph quality, spelling errors, incorrect photo placements on products, incorrect quantities ordered and any other defects as a result of customer design error.

To return a defective product please mail it to the address below, or call or email us outlining the nature of your complaint. Our contact details are at the bottom of our homepage. Please have the details about the order ready when you contact us. This should include the order number attached to your product, description of your item, shipping address etc.

Please keep the original packaging from your order (if possible) and include the order summary details attached, when you are returning the product.
